Well, we’re now into July and I’m running out of patience. It’s been almost a year since I first contacted California state legislators through

http://she-philosopher.org/RA/SCCcase/comments-on-AB1404.html

asking for answers to a few simple questions about California Assembly Bill 1404 (AB-1404), the “Good Neighbor Fence Act of 2013.”

I would like to know if you still plan to provide the requested information. I need it by the end of this month if I am to have sufficient opportunity to create a website on the topic, accessible to the broader public, in time for the November election. Whether or not I need to create this website will depend on the answers you give me. If it turns out that the judge in my small claims court case was correct, and I have no other recourse under the new law, then this will be what I need to do next.

California voters have a right to know that, under the new law written and enacted by our representatives, those of us who live along a subdivision boundary line can be forced, against our will, to subsidize the home ownership of predatory neighbors in an adjacent subdivision.

This loss of property rights & security impacts us all.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter,
Deborah
